Solve puzzles to uncover the mysteries of your curse in this atmospheric horror game!

This is a silly little horror game made in a month. The game is designed like a scavenger hunt and lightly inspired by Slender: The Eight Pages but there are no jump-scares and there are a few actual puzzles.

I tried to install and run the html version in the Windows Itch App and got the following error message.

Here's a link the the Windows Itch App if you don't already have it. https://itch.io/app

If you are trying to run the html version, please just use a browser. I think the way the itch app works won't be compatible with the html version. Or use the exe file.

There is something wrong with the "lumboo.x86_64" file on the Download page?

That file is for linux. For windows you need to download the exe file.

Impressive short game with a unique story and spooky atmosphere - I liked this more than I thought I would.

When I read that it was based on "Slender Man" I did expect a bit cheesy take on the 8 notes and the jump scare in the end. I was so wrong - the game has intuitive puzzles, well-paced gameplay and satisfying ending. Highly recommend it!

Best of luck with the future games!
Edit: Forgot to say thank you for reaching out and telling me about this.
